Requirements
- Official copy of Credit Transcript, High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
- Average graduation of 2.00 or more. If you do not meet the requirement, you may be eligible for the "Academic Opportunity Program." Download the document
- If you were a student at home "home-schooling," you must submit:
- Documentation required by the laws of the State that confirm it.
- Evidence equivalent to the high school curriculum.
- "Affidavit" certifying that you completed your studies through "home-schooling".
- Immunization Certificate, if you are under 21 years old. (See "Immunization Policy").

- Complete your Admission Application in our offices or through Online Application. You can start your application by calling 787.743.4041 Caguas or 787.856.0945 Yauco.
- Prepare and present the documents you will see in the "Requirements" section.
- Pay the fee for your Application for Admission.
