Oaks Christian School is a non-denominational, co-ed, college-preparatory school serving grades 5 through 12 for both day and boarding students. An impressive 99% of graduates receive college admission, to highly-selective, top-tier schools. The high school hosts 22 sports and 48 school teams: teams have earned 160 league titles, 46 CIF titles, and nine California state titles, and 15 alumni who have played professional sports. The Middle School boasts student athletic participation rates as high as 92 percent. The visual and performing arts departments stage numerous performances and exhibits, many which garner prestigious awards. The Boarding Program is home to over 50 domestic and international students from seven countries in both home stay and on-campus housing. The OC Learning Center provides tutoring and test-preparation for all students and also to local, public schools. The fully-accredited OC Online School is a high-quality program for blended or long-distance learning.

How to Apply

1.  Register for the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). ISEE testing can be completed at any official test site. To ensure test results are sent to Oaks Christian School, be sure to include the OCS school code of #054287.  ISEE testing will be conducted at Oaks Christian School on the following days:

  • Saturday, January 19, 2019
  • Saturday, February 2, 2019
  • Saturday, February 16, 2019

2.  Create the online admissions application account and send the letters of recommendation forms. Letters of recommendation are strictly submitted electronically through the online admissions application and can be generated prior to completing the online admissions application.

3.  Schedule the student and parent interview. Once the online admissions application is submitted, you will receive an email with a link to the online system to schedule the interview.

4.  In mid-January, 2019, you will be sent the Release of School Records form to sign and submit directly to the applicant's school. We require official copies of the applicant’s academic records. For enrollment for Fall 2019, we require academic records from:

  • 2016-2017
  • 2017-2018
  • the first semester of 2018-2019
  • copies of any standardized testing
  • the original birth certificate

If seeking financial aid, both the online admissions application and the financial aid online application must be submitted by February 1, 2019.
